Return Policy is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services.  If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or receive a merchandise credit under these following terms.

  • All merchandise* may be returned and must be unworn, in original packaging, with all original tags and returned within 30 days to receive a full refund.
  • Items with security tags must be returned with the seal intact; Please note that if security tag is removed, the item is no longer eligible for return.

  • We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the item is not as described.
  • Jewelry must be in good condition, unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition


*Exceptions to our return policy are for items that are marked “Final Sale” or custom made for the wearer, which is known as a "Special Order”.  Such items include eternity bands, designer mountings and ring resizing.  A Special Order is any item not currently "in Stock" and is ordered per your request.  These items cannot be returned and all sales are final.




Return instructions


Returns by Mail:

  •          Log into your Nigaam Jewels account.  Under the tab “Order History” you may select the “Returns / Repairs” and indicating the item(s) and reason for your return and our customer service will happily send you a pre-paid return label along with your Return Authorization (RA#).  You may also contact customer service to speak to a representative 212-391-5801.  Please, note we do not offer free return shipping and your shipping cost will be deducted from your return balance.
  •          Pack all item(s) in their original condition, in protective plastic and/or bubble, including any paperwork; original invoice with the RA# visible on the outside of the box.
  •          Affix the emailed prepaid return label to either the original, or similarly study box
  •          Ensure the box is free of additional labels or text
  •          Securely and fully seal with shipping tape
  •          If you choose to use your own shipping method please, insure for the appropriate amount, but you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA#) that needs to be visible on the box.

Processing and Shipping Terms

  • Order Processing can take 2-8 business days.  Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping.
  • Here at Nigaam Jewels we offer complimentary 2-Day shipping with any purchase that will be fully insured and delivered by UPS. 
  • You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.
  • Note processing time for custom/handmade and pre-order pieces may take longer and you will be notified by a customer representative with the details.
  • When an order is able to be expedited, you will see the expedited shipping option(s) available to you along with the shipping rate and estimated delivery timeframe. Note that the cost of expedited shipping is the responsibility of the customer and we only offer complimentary 2-Day shipping.
  • All orders will require a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we only ship to the Continental US and do not ship internationally at this time.


Tracking Your Shipment


You can track your order online once it has shipped. A tracking number may be obtained under My Account in the Order History. Click on your Tracking Number, and you will be able to track the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking information to update on the shipper's website.

What is extended delivery?

Some items are on extended delivery because does not currently have quantity available, however, quantity is expected within a known timeframe. When you place an order, you will receive the expected delivery date. 


Shipment Damage in Transit

If you see obvious damage to your order’s shipping box or packaging, please ask the driver to open the carton and inspect the contents with you. If you find damage, refuse the shipment and write, "Refused due to damage" on the delivery receipt.Our Customer Experience Service Team will be happy to help resolve this situation.
